A truly international career
I joined A.T. Kearney in the Düsseldorf office as a Business Analyst. Since then I have led projects in four languages in more than 10 countries with client teams from all over the world. I have moved between countries and A.T. Kearney offices four times, but I have been back at the Copenhagen office since 2005. My experience has been that I have felt at home quickly when changing offices in our firm - no matter what the differences were in terms of the educational and cultural backgrounds of my colleagues. The people I work with share a curious mindset, a high level of professionalism and a drive for tangible results combined with a down-to-earth attitude and ability to have fun.

Be careful...you can get addicted
Being presented with continuous challenges and learning opportunities, solving complex business issues, leading change, shaping companies, working at the forefront of business trends... these are just some of the reasons why I and many of my colleagues seem to get addicted to this profession. You should try it!

Consulting and family life
When I started working in consulting, I never thought I would be able to combine a consulting career with a family successfully. Now I have three fantastic small children and I work part-time. A.T. Kearney has always been very flexible in allowing me to define my role and level of activity, including staffing me on local projects with little travel. Many of my friends in industry have faced a loss of their management position when they return from maternity leave or ask for a reduced work load. At A.T. Kearney, I feel I am very fortunate that I can do both: I work with clients on their business challenges and I also spend time with my family and friends.
